Locals say Sabroso is a hidden gem. Judging by concierge recommendations and reviews, it’s hard to go wrong. Be sure to try their carne asada , enchiladas, and homemade corn tortillas.

This lounge serves tasty bar food -- “globally inspired cuisine in a modern setting” -- and drinks, too. Best of all (or worst, if you can’t get a seat -- book early), it’s just a few minutes by foot from the convention center.
